Nippon Hōsō Kyōkai was the title of a public Japanese radio program, founded in 1924 and was operational in 1926. It was until World War 2 that NHK has been banned from broadcasting Gunka, or military music in English term and were only allowed to play Jpop and traditional music. This is a video I gained inspiration from by AnotherVidHub. The channel their consists of videos similar to this which I personally enjoy. He makes a series based off of vintage music from the 1930s - 1940s, parodying the popular “lo-fi girl relax/study to“ videos. Although both are two different genres I personally enjoy listening to vintage music while studying. This video uses original cassette recordings of vintage Japanese music thats from 1920s-early 1940s. Thank you NHK for supplying and keeping archived vintage music since the 1920s.
