Vanilla cake layered with whipped chocolate ganache. Sculpted into a sphere, covered in fondant. Continents cut out of gum paste and dusted with edible petal dust for terrain an dimension. Cake by “Eat Cake Be Merry“ Unfortunately the footage was lost of the entire globe covered in chocolate, then blue fondant being wrapped around the globe.
