Here it is my new Fingerstyle original song called “Tendinitis“ with the amazing video made by Linn Hansen. While composing this tune, because of the new weird positions of my left hand on the fretboard, I’ve got an inflamation on the left forearm and eventually the right one too. I was literally pushing my left hand to hold those chords, I wanted to do it and then I did. So, I realized that the will of ‘I want to play this song’ was stronger than the pain itself. Anyway, you should always feel and listen to what the body needs. It’s a temple and if we just do whatever we want, we probably damage it or worse, break it. Rest when you need to rest.
