Major Shift in US Policy! Qualcomm and ASML Approved to Supply China.

The U.S. recently changed its rules again to restrict the export of high-performance chips and said it is prohibited from freely exporting them until a new license is obtained. However, Qualcomm has publicly stated that it expects to be able to continue supplying products such as 4G chips to Huawei, and that the license will last for several years. Qualcomm's continued supply of chips to Huawei has inspired companies such as Nvidia and ASML to follow suit.
