Recipe: -1/2 onion -100 g shredded beef -2 slices fish cake (kamaboko) -small green onion as needed -frozen udon noodles (1 serving) -kamaboko -one egg -green onions Seasoning for soup: -Mentsuyu (noodle soup base) -(50ml of mentsuyu (triple concentrated) -600ml water -Golden Curry -1 tbsp potato starch dissolved in water Put mentsuyu and water in a pot. When it comes to a boil, add beef and onion. If scum comes out, remove scum. After that, add curry roux and let it dissolve. After the roux has melted, put the water-soluble potato starch in the pot and then stir to thicken. Make the fried egg. Fill a pot with water and bring to a boil, then defrost frozen udon noodles in hot water and drain in a colander. Place udon noodles, curry soup, fried egg, kamaboko, and green onion in a bowl.
