New low handle max PR I didn’t plan on maxing this session but my warmups felt really good 600 flew up so I went for it. I really believe I have a chance for 700 this year this is the only movement I train heavy for now. I’m still benching and squatting but training light nothing worth showing just taking it easy for a while. The bar is loaded with 10 - 45s, 4 - 35s, 75lb bar.
