“Sleeping Sun“ is a power ballad by Nightwish. This song is taken from their second album “Oceanborn.“ Nightwish is a gothic symphonic heavy metal band from Kitee, Finland, formed in 1996. The song was originally written by keyboardist, Tuomas Holopainen and dedicated to the solar eclipse that arose on the European sky in 1999. This version has been adapted for two guitars from the very beautiful piano arrangement by krischris101.
