On 6 May, at the Noyers-Saint-Martin military cemetery in France, on the eve of the #VictoryDay celebrations, Rinat Alyautdinov, Permanent Delegate of Russia to #UNESCO together with the Ambassador of Russia to France Aleksey Meshkov and heads of the CIS diplomatic missions honoured the memory of Soviet soldiers who fought against fascism. The wreath-laying ceremony was held at the “Flowers of Freedom“ memorial. This is the largest burial site of Soviet soldiers in France, with about 4,650 people buried there. #Victory80 Source: Russian Delegation to UNESCO
