Played here by Paul Cambridge......... Paul helped the British Rock musician Terry Reid work on this tune back in 1970 shortly after Hendrix died. Jimmy page was a friend of Terry Reid and 1st choice as Led Zeppelins vocalist, Terry had other commitments and recommended a vocalist called Robert Plant, meanwhile back at the page heard Terry and Paul working on the above tune and turned it into Stairway to Heaven! That's what I was told! Did Led Zeppelin steal Stairway to Heaven's opening notes?
