Last night saw the latest edition of Punchfest, a non-frequent time-limit based challenge penned by SnappleMan, and seems to happen on an irregular basis. :P The premise for these is that you have 6 hours to make a videogame music arrangement according to the theme specified. For Punchfest 18, the theme was 'Games Released in 1995'. I was definitely spoilt for choice, though ultimately I saw it as a fitting way to return to Ristar, a very underrated Genesis gem :) I saw the chance to give full treatment towards the music heard towards the game's end sequence. All the way through the game, the production values are amongst the best you can witness on the Genesis, and the mood definitely didn't stop there.
