If anybody files a complaint for public interest to Nagar Nigam Commissioner, do you know what happened, there is no action on illegal construction on the main road, and there are no by-laws. The old city, civil lines road planned by Britishers Engineers before 1947, when the population of Ludhiana was approximate 20-30 thousand, there were no vehicles.
