Ancient fortified city walls encircle us, cradling not only the old town but also beautiful parkland. Zadar is the oldest continuously inhabited city in Croatia! It looks out over the Adriatic Sea. You enter through fort walls covered in dense parkland. That soothing and distinctive 'forest' smell welcomes you as you walk on the damp leaves. A trail took us out of the trees and up along the top of the fort walls, revealing views of the city and the water. Little sailing boats bobbed in the water in the sheltered marinas below. Join us! In this Zadar Travel Guide vlog, you'll see: - The Pillar of SHAME! (Stup srama) - The amazing foundations of the Crkva sv. Donata Church building - The Zadar Sea Organ - The Square of the Five Wells, with the Captain's tower / Kapetanova kula - The Marina Tankerkomerc as we walk to the Zadarska sfinga / The Sphinx of Zadar - Market Zadar / Tržnica Zadar - The Land Gate (Kopnena Vrata) at
