The first and only rally ever the Prodrive team used hydraulic active suspension on the WRC Imprezas, they completly replaced the anti roll bars. Prodrive and Petter Solberg found them no good so they were scrapped. When the car was started the hydraulic pump also started and the car did rise to normal hight.
