They walk off, turn around, walk, stop and sit. Obedience training. “After a time, the lead is dispensed with.“ L/S of one of the men walking with a dog beside him. The dog follows all commands and stays close to his master. “A shepherd's exercise - necessary for all sheep dogs.“ C/U of man with a metal whistle in his mouth. L/S of dog running towards master. C/Us of whistling man intercut with shots of the dog stopping and laying down when the whistle is blown. M/S of the dog being patted by its master. “Another exercise - “ L/S of five dogs (all different breeds including a Dalmatian and a Collie.) A boy on a bicycle weaves in and out between the dogs!
