Big graffiti art party organised by kELzO from Manchester, Artists from all over the UK, Manchester, London, Nottingham, Kent, Sheffield, leceister, Edinburgh, Liverpool, Helsinki, Sydney, Australia painted the whole estate up. Party was on a rundown housing estate and went on for 3 days solid, Desert Storm sound system provided the rig and DJ first rate from the scratch perverts and chubby grooves provided the tunes.
