WEEK 3 // DAY 4 Welcome to your lean muscle building 4 week challenge. Today's focus is Shoulders & Thighs. The timer is set for 40 seconds, and aiming for 10-12 reps, which means we are going for slightly higher reps and an emphasis on intensity. Go for those heavier weights to SHRED those muscles.
