Our “Spins, Tricks & Inverts“ class focuses on spins, combinations of spins, tricks, inverts & technique! All levels including beginner pole dancers are welcome, but realize that this is our most challenging class. The spins taught in the class are modified and/or added to so that beginners as well as more advanced students can both benefit. Drop in any time!
