China and Myanmar arrest over 53,000 telecom fraud suspects

China’s Ministry of Public Security announced the dismantling of all major telecom fraud centers near the China-Myanmar border. More than 53,000 Chinese nationals suspected of fraud have been arrested through joint efforts by Chinese and Myanmar police since the crackdown began last year.
