Illegal migrants will be given only 30 minutes to prove to officials that they are ineligible for removal to Rwanda, The Times has revealed. Home Office staff are being trained to make rapid decisions to determine whether individuals who arrive in the UK illegally meet the four criteria that will enable their deportation from the country under Rishi Sunak’s new Illegal Migration Act.
