This is the 3:00pm train passing by on Hanoi's “Train Street“ in the Old Quarter. The street is Ngõ 224 Lê Duẩn and tourists gather just before the train arrives. Several of the locals help keep people out of the way, including the one lady here yelling “It's Time“ when the train is approaching. There is a white painted line on the sidewalk which is basically the “if you cross it you will die“ line.
