Thank you for watching my video Please Subscribe To My Video: My Instagram: My Facebook: My Tritter: --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Chinese Style Steamed Prawn with Garlic Sauce Ingredients: 1/2 lb prawns 80 grams bean thread vermicelle 10 gloves of garlic 2 sliced ginger 2 scallions 3 tablespoons seasoned soy sauce for seafood 1 tablespoon Shaoxing wine 2 tablespoons water 2 tablespoons hot oil Chopped green onions Directions: 1. Soak bean thread vermicelli in hot water for 10 minutes. 2. Chop the garlic, scallion, ginger and set aside. 3. Butterfly cut the prawn and remove the vein. 4. After 10 minutes, rinse bean thread vermicelle under cold running water and drain well. Transfer to a bowl, add 1 tablespoon seasoned soy sauce for seafood and mix well. 5. Place the vermicelle on the serving plate, then place prawn on top of the vermicelle. 6. Preheat a wok, add oil, chopped garlic, scallion, ginger and stir until light brown. Add seasoned soy sauce for seafood, Shaoxing wine, water and stir well. 7. Fill the prawns with the garlic mixture, then steam over high heat for 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped green onions then pour in some hot oil and serve. 蒜蓉粉絲蒸蝦 材料: 半磅 蝦 80克 粉絲 10瓣 蒜 兩片 薑 兩條 蔥白 2湯匙 蒸魚豉油 1湯匙 紹興酒 兩湯匙 水 做法: 1. 將粉絲放入熱水浸泡10分鐘. 2. 將薑, 蒜及蔥白切碎備用. 3. 用刀把蝦背部切開及挑出蝦腸, 然後用刀在蝦身上輕輕剁幾下. 4. 十分後, 將粉絲用冷水沖洗然後瀝乾. 放入碗中, 加入一湯匙蒸魚豉油攪拌均勻, 鋪在碟上. 5. 將已開邊的蝦鋪在粉絲上. 6. 將鑊燒熱後, 加入一湯匙油把薑蒜蔥白炒至金黃, 加入兩湯匙蒸魚豉油, 一湯匙紹興酒, 兩湯匙水, 燒開即為蒜蓉汁. 7.將蒜蓉汁平均澆在蝦的開背處, 然後隔水蒸5分鐘. 最後撒下青蔥碎, 再淋少許熱油即可. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Music: “Memories“ -
