Recipe: 500g sour cream 200g sugar Gelatin (25g) or agar-agar Fruits 3x200g (preferably those that do not juice when immersed in sour cream) First mix the sugar with the sour cream. Next, prepare the fruit. I added kiwi, tangerine and strawberries to my dessert. Pour into a separate bowl 150g of water and add there gelatin 25 grams. Leave the bowl with gelatin for 30 minutes, let it swell. Next, heat the gelatin in the microwave until it dissolves completely. Pour it into the sour cream and mix thoroughly. Before dipping the fruit into the sour cream, make sure it is all dry and free of juice, as this can prevent the dessert from thickening! Place the dessert in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours until it thickens completely.
