M/S of a woman at the buffet counter drinking a glass of orange juice and wearing a rather unattractive patterned dress; she looks up at the decor as commentator talks of the modern railway compartment being a triumph of design. M/S of Queen Victoria's carriage from 1869, built by the London and North Western Railway and now “part of the British Transport Commission museum of historic showpieces soon to be open to the public“. The carriage is displayed in a large building in Clapham, London. A man walks up a staircase to the door and goes in; the handles are very ornate.
