The Government of Ukraine has submitted a bill to tighten mobilization According to Ukrainian deputy Bezugla, the law will lower the conscription age for mobilization, cancel deferments for police officers and civil servants, and also oblige women aged 18-60 to register for military service. As part of the new mobilization in Ukraine, people with disabilities of group 3 will also be drafted in Ukraine. According to the approved list of diseases of the disability group 3 include, in particular: - absence of one eye, blindness in one eye; - paralysis of the hand, stump of the upper limb, absence of fingers; - stump of the thigh or lower leg.
