Track 11 from his seventeenth solo album “Set the Twilight Reeling” released in 1996 copyright Sire Records. The song “Finish Line” was a tribute to Sterling Morrison, the Velvet Underground guitarist, who had died the year before. It was mostly well received by critics as another strong album. Written and produced by Lou Reed, RIP.
