In the previous part of the series Assassin's Creed there were fps drops to 45 in big cities(Alexandria) even at the lowest settings. I don't think that something has changed in the new Assassin's Creed. For a more comfortable game, you will need at least a 6-core processor. Get Yakuza 0 and The Division for $12 on Humble Bundle:
