Ohio Republican state representatives announced they will soon file a new bill to legalize marijuana. The move comes as activists are collecting signatures to place a cannabis legalization initiative on next year’s state ballot. South Dakota’s secretary of state cleared activists to begin collecting signatures to put a marijuana legalization initiative on the 2022 ballot. They have less than a month to turn in the needed petitions to qualify.
