Every week or so, we decide to add a bit of flavor to our usual workout routine in Kandahar, Afghanistan w/ something a little more intense and exhausting. The equipment used for our workouts include HWMMV springs, chains, clevis, small motor, LMTV tire, 90lb concrete mix bags, and pretty much anything else hanging around the motor pool that we can throw, pull, or push. To kick it up a notch some of us wear 50lb weight vests. Anything to to blow off steam and get a good workout!
