Full printable recipe: In this video, I show you how to make a simple, natural, and healing lip balm using fresh lemon balm. The recipe is from my book, A Woman's Garden, and it's great for helping to speed up the healing of cold sores or just for everyday use. It has a beautiful texture! The recipe begins with harvesting fresh lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) leaves, drying them, using them to make an infused oil, and then blending it into a silky smooth lip balm.
