Easy High-protein Fluffy Pancakes🤩 These pancakes are one of my favorite recipes I have ever created and so many of you have already tried them out😍 • Ingredients: 1 egg 3/4 cup Greek yogurt (180 ml) 1 - 2 teaspoons maple syrup (or brown sugar) 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/2 cup gluten-free flour mix (or regular flour if not coeliac/intolerant/IBS sufferer) (120 ml) 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder • 1. Mix the wet ingredients together 2. Add the dry ingredients and stir until combined (if the batter seems too thick, add a couple of tablespoons more yogurt) 3.
