Where is Tingles Tights In The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Near Mount Dunset and Care Cales is the Care Cales Cliffbase Cave. It has a large stone door blocking the way. You need to whistle using the down button on the plus shaped control pad. Once inside you need to get up on the ship and make you way to the back and behind some boxes is the chest containing Tingle's Tights. There was once a man who claimed to be the very reincarnation of a fairy. He treasured these tights, and so will you. After all, they're a rather rare find. Kooloo-Limpah!
