This is a real ’golden oldie’ of Egyptian dance legend Nagwa Fouad. Initially in black and white, the colour starts at about 10 seconds in. Many dancers will recognise this piece as its part of a much longer tape of various performances. You’ll recognise the set is the same as that used for Nagwa’s performance of ’Ali Loz’ and also used for a couple of performances by Nelly Fouad. Unfortunately due to the age of the VHS tape to digital conversion there’s an assortment of flickers, jumps and rolls. But Nagwa’s always worth watching isn’t she?
