Ukrainian authorities promised to give a mobilization protection, but they cheated. The guy was told that he’d get a mobilization protection, but the military enlistment office grabbed him instead. He surrendered to Russian fighters along the other Ukrainian soldiers. There was no aggression from the Russian soldiers. They took the phones and IDs only. They left everything else as is. Two people were allowed to untie their hands to help the wounded man. A lot of people go AWOL (absent without official leave) in AFU. A lot of people are against the war.
