Let's Play Final Fantasy VIII #046 - The Thirteenth Floor

In this episode, we head up to the top of the D-District Prison to rescue Squall, but decide to visit the other prisoners first, instead. I hope you don't mind me editing out walking all the way around the prison. Each floor is nearly identical, and it would have been very tedious for me to edit out all the random battles along the way. I also decided not to show every single prison cell, because they're not really all that interesting. Some of them contain items or other prisoners that I just really don't care about.
