(Macros: Total - 20 Nuggets & Fries) 739 Calories 58gC | 10gF | 92gP Ingredients: 400g Chicken Mince (Coles Less Than 2% Fat Chicken Mince) 1 Tsp Salt, 1 Tsp Onion & Garlic Powder, 1 Tsp Smoked Paprika, 1 Tsp Mustard Powder (or 1 tsp regular mustard) & 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper 1 Egg 400g Potatoes (Coles Carisma Potatoes) Season potatoes with 1 Tsp Salt, 1 Tsp Onion & Garlic Powder, 1 Tsp Smoked Paprika (or your choice of seasonings) 100g Plain All Purpose Flour (season with a dash of the same seasonings used above.
