M & O is the Mobile and Ohio railroad company and they have provided the getaway for many a discontent lover. Compare “B & O Blues“ and “GM & O Blues“...“The M & O Blues“ have been recorded by various greats like Willie Brown, Charlie Patton, Son House and Memphis Slim. Here´s Walter Davis´ version that I got from the collection “Please Remember Me: 1930-47“. Original Bluebird label found on the net as well as the other pictures.
