“The magic word “Camp“ that makes every Scout’s heart beat faster.“ M/S of boy scouts walking towards the camera carrying kit bags. Some are in scout uniform - probably shot in America or Canada. “Oh, it’s nice to get up in the morning when the Daily Dozen’s due!“ M/S of the boys doing some synchronised exercises. They stretch up then bend down and touch their toes. Other exercises are seen in L/S. “Nothing could taste nicer than that self-prepared breakfast...“ M/S of some of the boys cooking. They toss pancakes in their frying pans. “And when cool waters invite you, could anything be nicer for a Scout than a canoe on the wooded river?“ Good high angle shot of two large canoes with 8 boys in each as they set off on the river. They use their oars to paddle backwards. Nice shots of the boys as they canoe across the river. Was an item in Eve’s Film Review issue number 650. FILM ID: A VIDEO FROM BRITISH PATHÉ.
