This is all in how we land and specifically how we train our landings in each session. Over time small mistakes in technique with our landings can lead to constant knee, lower back, and other joint and muscle pains. This can be avoided if we really focus on proper landnings. An easy way to do this is to imagine your self as a ninja. You have to land as quiet and soft as possible. You will find yourself naturally landing very controlled and safely much more consistently when you have this mindset.
