Our final feature of today’s Dungeon Synth Sunday opens another chapter in the storied lands of Winterstead, and the Wandering Tales of the Guild of Lore. The second in this side quest series of the worldbuilding episodes, the ten tracks here bring fantasy soundtrack, rpg interludes, spoken word encounters, medieval folk vignettes and chiptune bangers adding rich detail and character to the narrative as it progress – despite this being, in the Guildmaster’s own words, “an eclectic collection” – which it is, yet it’s still a thoroughly cohesive one, full of life and character – plus a special cameo from Fen Walker and Arianna Mahsayeh contributing to a glorious cover of Enya’s Boadicea.
