Scarborough, Yorkshire. Its a naval battle - but don't be disappointed, its just models on a lake. However, these models cost over £6000. They have been made to scale, and participate in a thrilling spectacle re-enacting the battle of the River Plate. This takes place at Peasholm Park at the height of the holiday season, watched by crowds numbering between 5000- 8000. There are shots of the replica vessels, Ajax, Achilles, and Exeter.
