This is the third 3D rendering of an International Modern styled house, called “Las Palmas,“ which has been modified by architect Cristian Diez for a larger lot in a newer and adjacent community of Tipuana with total privacy in the rear. The major change is the removal of the garage door since the neighbouring community only permits carports. Moreover, we focused on a clean finish inside and out. Several Design Briefs paid off. The Design Briefs, and Plans are available for sale as numerous DWG files for AutoCAD and as PDF files.
