Daniel Abbott grabbed onto a fence as he was being swept away in moving water after getting caught in a wash behind his home during heavy rainfall in Apache Junction on September 23. Luckily for Abbott, Officer Kellogg apparently saw him get swept away and rushed to his aid. Abbot’s rescue was caught on Kellogg’s body camera. “Thank God for that metal fence,” Abbott said.
