Welcome to Wonderhussy Adventures #237 Exploring the ruins of the amazing, ginormous Chacoan civilization in the middle of nowhere, New Mexico. This place is so amazing, it's even a Unesco World Heritage in all my 16 1/2 years of school, I'd never even heard of it! Starting around 800 AD, the Chacoans built giant, oddly-shaped complexes with up to 600 rooms -- the largest buildings in all of North America until the 1800s!! But no one knows what these buildings were used what happened to the people of Chaco Canyon, who simply vanished around 1150 AD. Was it famine? Drought? ????
