Berlin, Stuttgart hit with anti-restrictions rallies after surge in COVID cases prompts curfews

Curfews were introduced in cities such as Berlin, Hamburg and Munich, where the incidence of new COVID cases has been over 100 cases per 100,000 residents for several consecutive days.
