I have so many thoughts on dmc and always wanted to talk about it - about other games as well - but I always held myself back because I didn't wanted to commentate through a video ( my voice is kinda weak and all that :3 ) but then I thought why not experiment with a text-based video to explain something. Turned out pretty okay and simple~ hope you liked it :3 quick side note: I didn't mention, but when V says “if only you never existed, then I...“ when he raises the sword, he really has negative feelings about Dante - this explained in the Visions of V manga, where V at this point recalls Vergil's struggles towards Dante, feeling like he is weaker than him and he always just held him back and he is the one responsible for pushing him down on this path - meaning Dante got sheltered in the closet by their mother when the demons attacked and he survived, while Vergil got assaulted and abandoned outside - this is also what later Vergil refers to, when he says “that day, if our positions were switched - would I have your life...“ At this moment he plays with the idea of finishing the job and take revenge. But eventually V gets himself together, because he knows they need Dante's help.
