Thank you for joining me for this fun full body workout using a stability ball! In the first part of the workout we will work our entire body in a standing position. Big dynamic movements will be used to warm up and exercise the entire body especially the core. In the second half of the workout we will sit on the ball for strength training using a light set of weights (I'm using 3 lbs). There will be NO rolling back or any floor work. This is a great workout for seniors and beginners. Finally, we finish with stretching on the ball working on loosening joints and improving posture. Thank you for working out with me!
