Khinkali (Georgian: ხინკალი, Azerbaijani: xingal, Turkish: hıngel, Tsez: хIакIо) are Georgian dumplings filled with various fillings such as mushrooms or cheese, but mostly with spiced meat (usually beef and pork, sometimes mutton) with greens, onions and garlic.
