Meet HERO. He's a hero because it takes a lot of courage to survive in these conditions. He saved his own life. Hero has his foot in really bad shape. He has a big gap in his elbow, is fully infected, and smells like rot. He has completely white gums, which indicates that he is completely anemic, possibly because of all the blood he has lost and the degree of malnutrition he suffers. Unfortunately, the doctor indicates that the leg is amputated in its entirety. there is no salvation for that leg. HE HAS HEMOGLOBIN AT 3.1, SO HE NEEDED A BLOOD TRANSFUSION. He feels a bit better after the blood transfusion.
