#gingerpork Today I will show you how to make ginger pork stir fry. It is a quick and easy recipe and can be done in 20 mins. It goes very well with steamed rice. One of our family's favorite. Ginger Pork Ingredients: Pork Tenderloin - 1 lb (Thinly Sliced) Ginger - 1 Large knob (10 Thick Slices) Red Sweet Bell Pepper - 4 mini ones or half of a regular sweet bell pepper (Julienne Cut) A handful of Cilantro for garnishing Ginger Pork Marinate: Sugar, Soy Sauce, Oyster Sauce - 1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar/Rice Vinegar - 2 Tbsp Dark Soy - 2 teaspoons Corn Starch - 1 Tbsp High heat and stir fry the vegetables first with 3 Tbsp of oil for 1-2 mins and then add in the pork. Reduce the heat to medium and cook for 5 more minutes. Garnish with cilantro and serve with steamed rice. Thank you for watching!
