Pushing hands, Push hands or tuishou (alternately spelled tuei shou or tuei sho) is a name for two-person training routines practiced in internal Chinese martial arts such as Baguazhang, Xingyiquan, Taijiquan (tài jí quán), and Yiquan. Master Zhiqiang Feng was borned in 1928. He was the vice president of Beijing Municipal Martial Arts Association, President of Beijing Municipal Chen Style Taiji Quan Research Institute, Chairman of Huaxia Martial Arts Club with the FESCO International Teaching Center. He was Master Fa Ke Chen's and Yao Zhen Hu's favorite student and 17th generation successor of Chen Style Tai Chi Chuan.
